How can I access my silomail away from home?

The easiest way is to visit www.mail2web.com. Log into the site by entering your e-mail address and password in the provided fields and clicking the “check mail” button. From here you will be able to access any unread messages*, and have the ability to reply or compose a new message.

*any previously read messages will not appear on this site as they are stored locally on your computer(s).

How do I add a new silomail.com e-mail account?

First you need to contact us with the requested e-mail address(es) and password(s)*. You will receive a reply from us confirming the account has been created. Once you have received this confirmation you will need to add your new e-mail account to your e-mail program. Instructional files can be found here.

*all passwords must be at least 5 characters in length and include either a capitalized letter, number, or symbol.

How can I confirm I’m receiving my package speeds?

You can go to http://speedtest.net and run a speedtest directly from there. If you are concerned about your speed test results, please feel free to contact support, and we will be happy to investigate any issues that may be occuring.
